CUSTOM SIGN STORE RETURN POLICY
If for any reason you wish to return your order for a refund or exchange please let us know beforehand. A return merchandise authorization number (RMA) has to be issued as incoming packages without the proper authorization will not be accepted by the warehouse. Please allow up to 48 hours process time.
Please note we do not accept returns on custom made/own designed items.
Please refer to the following policy when returning an item:
Item did not meet expectations Contact us for an RMA (813-333-6646) Item can be returned within 10 days from the date it was shipped. We reserve the right to charge up to 25% restocking fee (rate varies according to circumstances) Only accept return if item is in resalable condition (not used and in original package)
Item damaged during shipping Contact us via email (email@example.com) with attached images of the damaged package. Please include your order number in the subject line to insure a timely reply. Shipping damages must be reported within 48 hours of receipt. Once the claim has been resolved we will send you a replacement item or issue you a full refund.
Defective/incorrect item sent Contact us on 813-333-664. Defective/incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of receipt. Under certain circumstances the received merchandise must be returned free of charge using a prepaid shipping label. Once your claim is registered we will send you a replacement item or issue you a full refund.
